a typical* day, like today’s day:
- 7:20am: wakeup and start thinking about what i need to do - 7:30: attempt to go back to sleep for 20 more minutes but mind is spinning - 7:32: check twitter, and regret checking twitter because it’s often vapid - 7:35-8:30: breakfast and shower - 8:30-9: put the finishing touches on an edit to bloomberg - 9-9:40 get caught in the cyclical quicksand...
Only in the midwest...
…. would you be eating dinner at a crowded restaurant bar by yourself, reading the NYTimes on your iphone, sweetly eating your salad, and the groups to the left AND right of you both engage you in a lovely, prolonged conversation about XC skiing, cheese curds, medicine, healthcare, photography, Chicago, Paris, and San Francisco. I love it.
Overheard in Minnesota:
“It’s got Steve Buscemi in it.”
“What was he in?”
“Fargo.”
“I’m surprised I haven’t seen Fargo.”
- said by a woman who looks and acts just like the lady cop in Fargo.
I’m working in the middle of Wisconsin for the week, able to shoot after the 26th round here if you or your friends need bedazzling imagery.
